It's nice to be able to check my accounts, when the app wants to work. It's fairly common for the app to have some sort of issues in the early morning hours, inconvenient for people getting off of work at later hours and wanting to check their accounts/transfer money.

Works well for remote deposits and checking balance. Would be better if you could transfer funds from the app.

This bank is nothing more than a small town knockoff of a real bank. Their app is primitive (when it's not constantly down for maintenance), their costumer service is passable and you'd be better off taking your business to another bank. This place is for people who don't have a closer option.
