I used to really like pm one of the top paying secret shopping apps along with having a simple design and also there's usually a bunch of missions to do. I made almost $15 my first shop, all for doing 3 missions at one store. Now however, Everytime I click on a mission, then try to view it, I says "something went wrong. Please try again" it's been going on for at least a month. I've opened multiple support tickets and directly emailed them. Still haven't heard anything back.

This app really does pay. I've had a couple shops declined out of the many I have done. My problem is that I've had several shops that I start and get a couple questions in, take a picture, but the "next" button doesn't appear for me to proceed. I've reported it each time, and they say something about losing network connection. Once or twice, I've had them give me a small credit for the issue. Today, I had it happen on 2 different shops at different locations.

My last three missions have been denied or glitched out for "network connection error", questions that are unclear, or photos that won't load. Plus half the time it won't recognize that in standing in the store where there's a mission. I have no problems with my phone or connection, except with Mobee. And I can see from recent reviews I'm not the only one who notices a sudden difference in rejections. I'm done working for free.
