This app is extremely glitchy and difficult to use. Once you figure out how to jump thru their hoops and actually book work, you have to be careful with the location tracking. They pretty much only do warehouse jobs, and guess what? Nobody has a good signal in a warehouse and the app will sometimes log you out of your shift if it thinks you left the site. So be sure to check in with a supervisor every time you go on break and when you come back. They do pay exactly on schedule

The app is built nicely enough but when the time comes to actually function and do the most basic of tasks it will end up breaking over the smallest things. Less is more and the entire automation process has got to be the worst I've ever experienced. In the specific company I've interviewed I had great confidence in their operation but can't justify working for them under Traba. Sad to see how a simple process can get do convoluted by trying to automate past the point of usefulness.

Cancelling a job 5 minutes before a shift, is ridiculous, then paying something like $30 for your time, most online jobs pay for 4 hrs. Traba calls 2 hrs before every shift to verify you're going in. On your days off they will call relentlessly. 4 calls at 6am within 15min on the weekend. Traba is unreliable as they will constantly cancel jobs. The customer service is atrocious. Signing up for as a "back up" I received a no show even though I was there with confirmation.
