Can never sign in! Always say there's an error. I try to reset my password it lets me in just long enough to check things then the next time I try to sign in I have to reset it again. And it never texts me the verification code.....it tells me it does & shows my phone number but I never receive it. Have to go through email to verify & that's a pain. Please just fix it so I can sign in.

First of all, you are able to access anything you need through the app! I find it very convenient that you can schedule appts without that long wait on the phone. I took my son to one of Cooks urgent care clinics once and waited 2 hours in my car! I got frustrated, left, and ended up calling to cancel my sign in. They told me about the app and how to schedule a virtual appt. In less than 30 minutes I got a call and a prescription, all from the comfort of my couch. It truly is an awesome app!

It is good for tracking your child's records and appointments. It is terrible at setting appointments, particularly for urgent care. The app should let you set a preferred clinic instead of offering clinics an hour or more away.
