Very disappointed with this app. I've been using it for years and had all my connections saved, including one for my car's GPS system that I can't physically access now. A few days ago, I was suddenly logged out. After logging back in, all my data was completely gone. I've reported the issue to Dialog, but it's been over a week with no proper solution or response. Losing years of data and getting no support is unacceptable. Fix this!

Terrible app. Slow to respond and you're always left wondering whether the "oops, an error has occurred" screen will pop up when you select an option. No option to deactivate recurring data packages from within the app, you have to use the #678# menu for that (what is this, 2001?) which is just as slow and unresponsive as the app itself. Nefarious behavior - If you go into the app settings and toggle off the promotional messages, the next time you go in there it will toggle itself back on.

Two stars, cuz its very helpful piece of software but -3 stars cuz, its damn slow, not efficient at all, just taking too long to show a up a touched item sometimes.....what the hell is wrong with it. First i thought it's only with my phone but no, it's the same everywhere. Why can't it be smooth and easy to handle, I have to wait at least 2s after every signle click. It's such a valuable software you provide but maaan it's just frustrating to use. Fix it i beg you. Thnks mfs.
