Ratings and reviews

The app is good for REPORTING issues such as graffiti. But it's impossible to see the resolution. You'll get an email once the work is done, but you'll only be told the date it was resolved and not who resolved it or what was done. Instead you'll see this: "Resolution comment: [No resolution comment]." The old app was better.

Unable to set permissions to upload photos, which makes reporting less effective. The app doesn't recognize that I've given it permissions and keeps prompting me to allow it to access photos/camera, even though it has those permissions.

I like the layout. I just downloaded it. So far so good.
