Every time I try to connect it, it always cuts off. I have to either be on Wi-Fi or not be on Wi-Fi. They will not refund your money even if the call never connects or there's a problem. You might be lucky to get the call rescheduled. My system says that there is a bug in the app, so it needs to be fixed immediately! Super crappie app, and it's a money stealing racket!!

App doesn't stay logged in. App returns to opening screen if the phone flips or if you have to go back and forth between 2 apps, such as to get payment info from another app! This is VERY FRUSTRATING... also, app is "required" to do video visit and if installed, you can not use web version as it will automatically open this app if you try to go to the website. the app lags horribly.

This is the stupidest app I've ever used in my life. But I just have to use it to help out a family member. Accidentally rotate screen clears all text off have start over. Try to do a deposit. It looks like it's working. Oh got to login in first. After logging in can't do anything. So have close app then it works. Saving individuals is a useless function. Still have to search them again to deposit anyway. Frustrating. Please fix it.
