Every time I try to connect it, it always cuts off. I have to either be on Wi-Fi or not be on Wi-Fi. They will not refund your money even if the call never connects or there's a problem. You might be lucky to get the call rescheduled. My system says that there is a bug in the app, so it needs to be fixed immediately! Super crappie app, and it's a money stealing racket!!

it sucks it needs to be updated the video cuts in and out you can't say on a video chat for longer than 20 seconds you can't send a message if you do it takes longer than 2 days for it to go through and if you video call it cuts in and out and you can't understand half of what the other person saying

always has issues. I try and sign in and my login info does not work. I try and contact support, they can't help. I click "Forgot password" to receive an email verification code, and I never receive it! This app is such a struggle. They need to fix their issues...
