Every time I try to connect it, it always cuts off. I have to either be on Wi-Fi or not be on Wi-Fi. They will not refund your money even if the call never connects or there's a problem. You might be lucky to get the call rescheduled. My system says that there is a bug in the app, so it needs to be fixed immediately! Super crappie app, and it's a money stealing racket!!

always has issues. I try and sign in and my login info does not work. I try and contact support, they can't help. I click "Forgot password" to receive an email verification code, and I never receive it! This app is such a struggle. They need to fix their issues...

App doesn't stay logged in. App returns to opening screen if the phone flips or if you have to go back and forth between 2 apps, such as to get payment info from another app! This is VERY FRUSTRATING... also, app is "required" to do video visit and if installed, you can not use web version as it will automatically open this app if you try to go to the website. the app lags horribly.
