Awful customer service! I have been trying to change my email for over a month and despite promises to sort the problem - I find I am wasting my time. ID managed it on their app in less than 2 minutes, but Lebara insists on sending a code which expires after 3 minutes - but they don't send it for 10+ minutes!!! Spent ages talking to customer service, told it was sorted, but still not

The app works fine although its functionality could also be provided in a web page and save space in the device, since it does not work without internet connectivity anyway. One thing that could be improved is the data usage report: it shows multiple amounts for the same day, whilst an option to summarize by a given granularity could be much more valuable to the user (total every 12h, every day, every week).

Reliable, no hassle, and no problems. Always had reception issues with Virgin. plus the price went up more often than not. Price has stayed the same after the offer price expired. I'm very happy to stay with Lebara.
