App keeps crashing once opened, could you kindly look into it because a couple of people have complained about it dating back to 2023, meaning this is yet to be addressed e.g you click on homefibre it takes time to load then- continuously indicates that "something went wrong" . so it doesn't matter how many times you try ,you get the same message.

App is good but the when adding paybill favorites, it seems you can't add another favorite if it has the same paybill number although the account numbers are different. For example if one pays kplc tokens for different meters, the paybill is the same so you can't add more than one. Please fix this. Otherwise, it's a good app. *Fixed. Reducing my rating as it seems the app no longer works without an active data bundle. Used to be you could buy data packages as long as mobile data was on

Why should the App work only during day time, at night it also goes on sleep mode. You can't access the majority of the service, only feedback is Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. This need to be fixed it's an inconvenience.
