App keeps crashing once opened, could you kindly look into it because a couple of people have complained about it dating back to 2023, meaning this is yet to be addressed e.g you click on homefibre it takes time to load then- continuously indicates that "something went wrong" . so it doesn't matter how many times you try ,you get the same message.

The main reason I downloaded this app was to view my data balance. I can't even tell how much weekly data I have left. I don't receive any notification whatsoever if I ran out of data, my phone just tells me I have no internet. Safaricom can't alert me if I've used half of my data unlike Airtel which warns you the percentage of data used. Their app is also easy to use. FIX THIS
