I use this app nearly everyday and find it to be easy to use and extremely helpful. I mostly love it. Occasionally there are difficulties with video that seem to be happening with 1 or 2 doctors. I hear myself echoing in background and can't focus on what I'm saying or hear doctor's response. A second issue is with messaging. They time out and delete when idle. Also delete when I get a phone call and/or switch screens. Need more space for lengthy messages and longer allowable idle time.

Oh my floofing dog, another one. If you get healthcare at UCSD, you should probably use it. BUT there is no way to view my password as I enter it, two-step verification is required, there's no way to automatically transfer appointment information to my calendar, I have to re-confirm all my personal information every single time. Why waste my time and raise my blood pressure, when the receptionist takes 3 seconds to ask if anything has changed? I have five of these apps. Hate them all

I've had an operation to my chest they glued my lung to my chest I've gotten great care. I had another specialist referred me there for my right hand for which I've been having problems with but again I've been receiving great care. still haven't resolved the issue with my hand but we'll get there eventually
