The app is unbelievably buggy, especially when it comes to taking progress pictures. Absolutely infuriating to try and take them at any point, having to retry a single picture dozens of times, and each attempt taking a minute to get right is just a massive waste of time. Please just allow me to manually take the photos. If they're bad, it's my problem, I'll handle it.

After the last update, the app is unusable. It shows the startup screen with the blue background and their symbol with "invisalign" in the middle of the screen, but never does anything else. I've tried clearing the cache and memory of the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I left the beta group (thinking that may be the issue) but nothing works. The app was good when it worked, hopefully they will get whatever issue it is having resolved quickly.

I've been using this app for 23 months. (yes, my original 22 aligners has morphed into 73 with more coming - another story) App is not user friendly. It contains a huge amount of information but it's a challenge to find or manage. Using the back arrow to exit an area usually kicks me out of the app and I have to start over and log in again. The AI piece is not accurate. It responds within seconds of submitting progress photos to move on but Dr says no, to stay in current aligners. FRUSTRATING
