every two days my login info gets cancelled. I tried reinstall and all that but nothing works. when I try to relogin after typing in the number no otp is being send. it gets stuck in that page. my wifi connection is good and I also have balance on that number so why isn't otp being send. I can't login and I can't check my balance and offers. FIX IT ASAP

Why Robi App automatically start subscription without my concern? It changes 2.78 Taka every week. No option to stop it. VAS already stopped by *9#, Or from App usage history,,,, then,,, manage VAS .
