This app never works. By far the most important part of the app is the box at the top of the home screen. But that box never loads. On my phone, it is always blank. I need that for setting up roaming. I previously had luck with uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but that doesn't work anymore. Why can't we add roaming on your website? Why do you require that we use this app that doesn't work? Please fix your app! BTW, I don't want to call customer support...I just want the app to work!!!

Super poor experience!! Keeps logging me out. Path to the pay bill by credit card is broken after verifying payment on credit card app, singtel app is logged out and does not continue to payment process. Does not allow you to change credit card instructions as well. Very bad experience. Actually would give less than one star if there is this option.

infinite loading time, once app loads none of the functions are available (bill, usage, etc.). Update 4 June 2024: despite reinstalling the app several times, i'm unable to view my bill. It keeps telling me the app is unable to retrieve it. Chat support is getting me nowhere. I spoke with a rep on the phone, they said they'll do a some backend refresh which should resolve the issue, but it didnt.
