What is the point of removing the option of buying data plan using the inside credit? The credit I topped up basically locked down money that can't be used. Edit: after repeating keep clicking multiple data pack options, the use main account credit suddenly there for selected plan.

4g sim card upgrade to 5g asking for $38 so expensive you should be give Free of cost 😡 woodland causeway point Singtel shop they asking for upgrade sim 4g to 5g $38 dollar I show them until 31 august Free but they said this is for postpaid sim only I'm using prepaid sim

Kindly allow us to share that our Singtel Shops will not be able to offer FREE 5G+ SIM upgrades for Prepaid customers, as this offer was available exclusively at our roadshows, which ended on 31 August 2026. We truly appreciate your kind understanding.

Now the connection is very unstable for the past few month.... Singtel need to take this seriously.. We pay for this and we are supposed to get a smooth connection instead is worst than 3G.... Daily face drop of connection multiple times for few seconds to 1 mind...
