Worst experience ever with an international sim activation. It almost an hour to get it working. Their app was missing the needed add new sim until several reinstalls. There's an option to take a pic to enter the sim code but all that did was close the app. The passport scanner literally took 15 minutes as it's awful to focus and you cannot upload a picture. In the end it says my mobile number was activated, but when I try to log in to see the info it says it's not an active number. Don't buy!!!

Singtel is hostile to customers in trying to make more money by removing the option to extend SIM card validity using main account balance. Now, they want to charge $11 for 120 days for validity instead of $1.40 that was charged to the main account balance. I am going to port the number over to M1 prepaid. They still have the validity extension option and allow porting in prepaid numbers to their prepaid.

This app has so many flaws, the nice lady from 7-eleven tried to save me from. The handout instruction you receive with the tourist SIM doesn't match the app itself in step 1 already. Trying to scan the barcodes through my camera always made the app crash and I had to restart and provide my document IDs each time until I entered the SIM information (8 digit and 18 digit) manually to continue. The other errors can't be described due to character limits unfortunately.
