Bought a data plan that claims to give “enhanced data with 2× faster speed”, but honestly it feels no different from other telcos’ cheapest plans — and this package costs almost twice as much. What’s the point of selling something that doesn’t actually work? Also, there seems to be a glitch on the rewards page. Is it a technical issue or are users just not supposed to be able to claim the rewards?

March 2026, I have top up the monthly plan, the network is super slow, trying to open YT, ETC APPS, is super² slow. I swith off and on still the same. my network several time show logo signed off and disconnected. I think singtel have to upgrade better more then M1 / starhub, I am very disappointed with singtel it is totally upsad. This is 1st and last using singtel.

This review is more about the tourist SIMs they are selling. They are advertised on the Singtel website as having 3Gb of data to use in roaming in Malaysia Indonesia and Australia. After installing this app it shows roaming data 0. Calling customer service gets you the response that prepaid tourist SIMs do not have roaming data. This is false advertising and a tourist scam. I regret buying from Singtel.
