Worst experience ever with an international sim activation. It almost an hour to get it working. Their app was missing the needed add new sim until several reinstalls. There's an option to take a pic to enter the sim code but all that did was close the app. The passport scanner literally took 15 minutes as it's awful to focus and you cannot upload a picture. In the end it says my mobile number was activated, but when I try to log in to see the info it says it's not an active number. Don't buy!!!

The app have no way to feedback or to find out about data usage that drains phone credits to near zero recently. It does not help that I have no way to prevent that from happening. Happened for three times so far and it is two year since. Random drainage of credit straight after top up is also unacceptable. Even competitors aren't like so.

Do not buy your tourist sim from singtel. I bought an esim so I don't have to wait at the airport to register a physical sim card. The app is so bugged it won't let me register. Tried installing in different phones. Connecting to all types of wifi connection. Their support is bullcr@p. Their chat support is only for postpaid. Their phonecall support just tells me to go to a store which defeats the purpose. I spent half day trying to get help and in the end still none was had. Never ever again
