Ratings and reviews

To say that I only have bad experience with this app is an understatement, and I don't even use this app a lot, only for Singtel bill payment. Tried to pay my Singtel bill yesterday with sufficient balance and it didn't go through due to "server is busy", I didnt take any screenshot because I thought no amount would be deducted and I just need to try paying again. Yet the amount was indeed deducted and the customer service couldn't escalate due to lack of screenshot?? HILARIOUS. Avoid this app!

I received sms that I will be charged $2 dormancy fee if I don't make a transaction. So, I went in to transfer $1 via paynow to my DBS account. It took a very long time and I tried the same transaction after restarting. Now, I can see 2 x $1 transaction which is fine but my balance went from $5.xx to $1.xx. Is there a surcharge for paynow transfer? Also, I want to cancel my account (don't want to have to always transact to avoid dormancy fee) but there seems to be no way of doing so.

I did a payment 2 Dec 2025 its system glitch it says error but it deducted the amount $113.74 I contacted dash, only ask me to wait 16 days, then 7 days then another 7 days and then 3 days still no progress for refund. Today is 19 January 2026 already. And you still don't refund me. 😒 UPDATE 23 January I got my refund of $113.74. Thank you 🙏
