Ratings and reviews

For many months in the past, I kept having problems when logging into my Singtel Dash app. After successfully entering my phone number, password and code, I'd always get auto logged out immediately. And I'd receive a notification saying that the session had expired even though I'd just logged in! For about one month plus between Apr and May, I was finally free from such problems. But the same problems occurred just now when I logged in to the app.

It keep prompting invalid email and doesn't allow me to sign up. Please resolve this or at least all sign up to skip the email field. THERE IS NO BUTTON TO SUBMIT WHEN I DID A CHANGE TO MY TRANSACTION LIMIT. HORRIBLE APP FULL OF BUGS. IF NOT FOR TNG, I WILL DELETE YOUR APP AND NEVER USE IT AT ALL.

Not able to do a remittance transfer to my Touch n Go wallet, keeps saying I have exceeded the monthly remittance limit for the calendar month (Error Code: 11104074). Now my money is such inside the Dash App and I am having issue with transferring the money back to my back account as well. Checked with the CSO and they tell me I cannot remit money to the same mobile number that is being used to register with Dash.
