Please do not buy the flexible tickets, they apparently have a different system that they use for availability on rescheduling flights. So they would offer you random times but not the one that you need even though you would be able to get the same flight that you wish by paying throught the same app! if you wish to use your flexible ticket they would say is fully booked!!! So don't waste your money, the adviser on the phone was very rude and didn't want to help at all!!

DO NOT USE. App does not update with flight changes, so our boarding passes were sent with old flight times. We arrived at the airport 3 hours late for the flight because of this, and had to spend another £600 to book another. Even after the flight had taken off, the app was still counting down the minutes to "take off". Will never use again.

Boarding pass won't load on the app. Yes there are lots of add on costs but no more than any other airline, for food, a specific seat, hold luggage etc. I found it all easy to use except for the Boarding pass issue. I'm hoping that will get resolved in time! Hopefully I can print it at the airport if need be. Happy to change my rating if the situation improves.
