Ratings and reviews

It's impossible to create an account, making this app useless. -after having to manually enter everything because they went out of their way to disable auto complete, the sign up button just never activates. In the multiple times I tried, most times it just stayed deactivated, with no error. One time, it just never loaded, and another it failed to calculate the password length correctly. -sign up on website? Nope. It's a half broken mess that links to the app. -their ai help agent never loads.

It's convenient only because I never carry change for the bus. But the tickets are slightly more expensive than if one used coins and the app is constantly crashing and having issues, meaning I can't use my tickets or go anywhere. It really sucks, but there honestly aren't many alternatives.

It would be a very useful app if it worked properly. Unfortunately, it usually doesn't. I've come across issues with payment, ticket verification, and route search. The route search process itself could be improved, for instance live journey tracking is a much needed addition.
