It's incredibly easy to book using the app. I used it to book couple of tours and activities for friends and family at great prices. We faced a problem with confirmation mail for one of the tours, but customer team took care of that for us. Wasn't much of a hassle. Do check it out!
Dreadful, this app will allow you to book for events that are sold out, including taking the money from your account. Once you have booked you will receive an email stating that the booking cannot be made and you then have to negotiate a refund. They also scam you for a convenience fee of around 20% of the booking amount. Avoid and book direct.
AVOID!!! Terrible company & appalling customer service! Their activity descriptions are false and they refuse to update these. Hired 2 jetskis and when I turned up I was told it was only for 1 jetski. I paid for 2, the jetski company were really understanding and called Head Out for us as we were NOT the first customers to have been ripped off by false description. Their App doesn't state there is a minimum booking of 2 people for 1 Jetski (I have screenshots). Company refused to acknowledge this at all and refused to help. They kept saying it is stated on their website (Why would this matter when we are using THEIR APP to make bookings!!!). I told them I had screenshots which I could send to them but they were not bothered or interested. Frustrated and already 20mins into our hour slot, I requested a refund which they completely refused. I would AVOID HEAD OUT, otherwise you run the risk of them ruining your holiday too. The Jetski company advised us to use other companies next time.

I had booked a show at Moulin Rouge Paris for four people. But the ticket reservation sent by Headout only two persons. Although I paid for four and booking confirmation sent also had a mention of for guests, the reservations ticket sent to email only allowed two people. It completely spoiled the excitement we had for Moulin Rouge visit as half of our group couldn't go inside due to seer negligence of HeadOut's ticket booking team. Extremely Disappointed!!
Rated 1 star for the inability to change or refund orders placed. I booked on the incorrect date (completely my fault) but Headout refuses to work with you to get it corrected. An unfortunate experience, and I will not be using their services again.
