The Korbyt Room Panel app integrates seamlessly with the Korbyt API, connecting to your organization’s Meeting Room Management system. This connection allows the app to display information about specific meeting spaces and any unique business processes implemented across customer sites. The system can be hosted by the customer or within Korbyt’s secure hosting environment.
Available to all Korbyt customers globally, except for territories in China, Ghana, and Nigeria, the Korbyt Room Panel app is designed to be installed on a device outside of meeting rooms. It provides a clear and intuitive interface that displays upcoming event details and enables users to manage meetings in real time. A one-time login is required to configure the app for the correct meeting room, but default accounts can be used for easy access without repeated logins. All accounts are managed through the Korbyt Booking software.
