the app isn't my issue it's the business it's self. any purchase you make, you can only track shipping through this terrible "shop" app. it's a entirely separate app that requires a separate account and if you go through everything, they suck. usps provides much more current and accurate info, this shop app reeks of scam software. it doesn't provide a better service than any service that already exists and you are FORCED to use it if you want to track anything. absolute trash, very suspicious.

Tried to subscribe and make a purchase. App won't allow me to check out. I've reached out via the chat function twice and email and have not received any response back. I'd have ordered from web page but prompts popping up to use app. Really difficult to order! If you release an app. Please make sure it's functional. Can't even get a message out to tell you it's not working. 🤷‍♀️

This review is soley for the app itself. I'm sure the products are nice, but I wouldn't know. Tried to place an order 4 times. Each time I got an error with the transaction. I tried 2 different cards and still got the same problem. So now I am stuck with 4 transactions but my orders never went through. Fix your app.
