Dear Nagad, I have recently opened my Nagad Merchant account, and it has made business transactions much easier for me — I sincerely thank you for that. However, I would like to share a concern. As a merchant, when I perform cash-out or bank transfers, the charge is the same as it is for personal accounts. If the charges for merchant accounts were slightly lower, it would be more beneficial and encouraging for users like us. I hope you will kindly take this into consideration in the near futu

The UI of Nagad should be updated more. And their security system is very weak. Otherwise, the customer's confidence will rise from the Nagad.

not good. i want updated transaction summery. i cant see any data in transaction summery. so service is very bad
