It's struggles to sync and requires you to login about 5 times. I'll update this with the ongoing glitch that a few days later seems to have the same issue...3 times it makes me log in. Then throws an error code. Honestly, it's gotten worse. There is a temporary error with open air servers. So, I'm dropping this from 3 stars to 2 stars. Eventually, I would think zero stars.

The UI is relatively intuitive, but you can't see your aggregate hours over a given time period and have to calculate it by hand, which is frustrating for daily timesheets. Also, it's expected that I'll get: "synchronization error", "unexpected error, contact developer", AND "invalid refresh token" before being whisked away to a website that doesn't remember my password or let me use the biometrics I set up so that I don't have to enter something that long on my phone daily.

Terrible app. Won't stay signed in on SSO for more than about 15 minutes even though I select "stay logged in" when I sign in. When it does a sync it makes a noise that sounds like many text messages arriving at the same time, none of which are helpful at all. I've used Android permissions to remove the apps ability to make a noise. I have reported these issues to our support team, as have many others in the company, but I don't know if they'll raise the issue with OpenAir / Oracle. In general use the app is adequate. It wants to refresh from the server constantly, and slowly. The UI is rather clumsy.

We apologize for the troubles. Could you please make sure the Remember me option is ON? If it is it, could you (and possible your colleagues) contact your company's OpenAir administrator and report your issues to our support/development team? For the notifications, please could you turn it off for OpenAir as a quick solution for now? Thanks a lot
