The license agreement button appears below the Android navigation menu at the bottom of the screen so it cannot be pressed. So the app cannot actually be used on an Android phone that uses the bottom navigation buttons. This is such a basic UI design flaw. Did Oracle do any QC on this app? Anyway - the app is non-functional for me.

I cannot get past the initial Legal Yerms screen as Agree / Disagree buttons are not clickable, as they are hidden under the standard bottom tool bar of android phone. So eventually the android pp is not usable once my Samsung phone.

Statusbar/os navbar is not taking into the accounts for the app container.. So for terms and agreements it's impossible to agree or decline as it's hidden behind the navigation bar
