Oracle Field Service allows workers to easily access, execute and manage work-related activities and ongoing communications from their mobile device. This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.
When used with Oracle Field Service Smart Location, Professional or Enterprise, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.

I do not like this software at all. The way the AI assigns service requests is badly flawed. There is no intelligence whatsoever. My team wastes time every single day trying to get service requests assigned to the correct technician, only for the broken AI to immediately move the task to someone else seconds later. It is beyond frustrating. The only somewhat positive thing I have to say about this application is the user interface does not look too terrible. I do not, and would not, recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They pushed out a new update, it takes 10 seconds to a full minute to go anywhere within the app. The design is awful and banners way too large for the screen take up all the important info. And they compiled most of the actions I need behind more button options. It literally makes me want to slam my phone into a wall. Impossible to use and get the information I need to do the job in a timely manner

Key features of the app seem to break every week. For three weeks, I had to reinstall the app every time I closed it out, because it would get stuck loading infinitely. The "leave chat" button disappears and will not work, it eats an unholy amount of battery. It can also safely be assumed that personal data is very aggressively harvested and sold by this app as well. This is an inexcusable failure for an app that is basically just modified google chrome. Deserves zero stars.
