Oracle Field Service allows workers to easily access, execute and manage work-related activities and ongoing communications from their mobile device. This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.
When used with Oracle Field Service Smart Location, Professional or Enterprise, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They pushed out a new update, it takes 10 seconds to a full minute to go anywhere within the app. The design is awful and banners way too large for the screen take up all the important info. And they compiled most of the actions I need behind more button options. It literally makes me want to slam my phone into a wall. Impossible to use and get the information I need to do the job in a timely manner

The app keeps crashing and freezing. we have to keep uninstalling it and reinstalling it. only two stars because it's not working right and it's extremely annoying. it's disrupting our business day horribly. plus the update a couple months ago was the worst update ever. put it back the way it was and leave it alone.

I was excited for the update hoping it would make the suspended service calls appear as such but instead now I have an app that I need to uninstall and download again and again in order to get my app to function. every time I close my phone or select another app within my phone it forces me to uninstall because otherwise I will end up dying of old age before it every loads
