- This app uses a foreground service to enable video recording even when the screen is turned off.
- The user explicitly starts the recording, and a persistent notification is shown in the status bar while recording is in progress.
- In accordance with Android’s foreground service policy, this notification ensures that users are clearly aware of the ongoing functionality.
