Nobo Energy Control is a wireless energy control system that allows the entire family to control the heating in their home using a smartphone or tablet.

Key features:
• Organises heaters and thermostats in ZONES (functional groups).
• Each zone has a Normal Weekly Program defined by the user, with four possible settings available (COMFORT, ECO, AWAY and OFF). The Normal Weekly Program runs automatically, saving electricity and money.
• System override at a single touch on APP, when short term changes are needed.
• Multiple users can operate the same system.
• COMFORT and ECO Temperatures can be set individually for each zone, depending on the type of system units. AWAY equals frost safe temperature 7°C.
• System units (heaters etc.) can be added and removed at any time.
• System units (heaters etc.) can be moved between zones.
• System units (heaters etc.), zones and weekly programs can be named and renamed.

Huge improvement from Orion 700. Nice functionality. Google home and ifttt would be very nice to have. But the thing that puzzles md the most is that the more units i connect the slower it becomes. Now to switch a light on and off has a delay of about 15-20 seconds. This is not a big deal for heaters, but waiting 20sec for a light to switch on is not meaningful.

The app seems to work as intended and has served me well. However, something I would really like to be able to do is schedule floor heating to switch on (or to eco/comfort mode) for x of the cheapest electricity hours in a day according to nordpool for example.

Does the job, doesn't ask for accounts, address, age, etc.. very hard to find these days. The UI isn't the fanciest, but again, it feels like they don't need to spy you unlike washing machines, fridges, or anything that makes your house 'smart'.
