OKX just blocked my account, I didn't lose any money, because by miracle I transferred all my assets out. Used the app for 3 years, and then they asked for new verification and didn't accept my documents. I used the account to transfer money for education from Russia to Canada, so sad that they just can block you without any normal technical support. For a month I tried to explain my situation and they always replied that that is not problem of their department.

Best trading user experience for mobile. BUT.. the webapp itself (mobile aside) is extremely bugged. The "Reduce-Only" check does not register at all. The Margin switch is not reactive to the actual current state when you refresh (could be ON but UI says OFF). Position controls are subpar/misleading; for example, the "Add TP/SL" dialog on short orders shows "Sell" when it should say "Buy" + doesn't allow you to write > 2 decimal places there, forcing me to normal-order a TP/SL/Trail anyways.

Careful, scam exchange, you might want to look up where they're based. They seem to be buying heaps of positive reviews to hide their many bad ones. Deposits are easy, but once you want to withdraw the verification never succeeds, they keep making up more reasons and malfunctions to keep your money. STAY AWAY!
