Ratings and reviews

not a very good app considering the amount of money they make... half the time you don't get notifications if you are outbid or for vehicles you're watching. other times they use your proxy bid to bid on your behalf after an auction is over and you can't turn it off... they also are greedy as they now want to charge users $149 a month for market research!! little do they realize that that market guide actually helps to sell cars. many cars listed are just looking for retail money

app is so unstable using s25 ultra, it's so buggy. saved searches when selecting more then one car will go blank I have to delete data storage for it to work again only for short period then it will bug again, I can't submit arbitrations only on PC, even trying to chat support is impossible if phone closes for a second the support chat is lost. app is just overall super slow and unresponsive especially in the morning when most cars are closing its impossible to put a bid in.

this app is probaly litterally the worst app in existence. they keep comming up with new updates and everytime just makes it worse and worse. not user friendly at all. October 1 2025 I did an update and it just crashes all the time and very very slow. crashes all the time. unreal. you would think they would look at the reviews and fix the people's complaints. I don't understand why they don't
