New app really sucks.Takes to long and too many screen's to value a car if its running through the sale. Back and forth inputting miles colors. ect. And each time you open app you need to continuously put in your user name and ID. Most people don't have time for all the wasted time needed to use. Should have left the best app in the car business alone. Seems like it was made by a coder or developer and not a person who is in the car business Please go back to what you had or I am all done using

The original version worked great. I hate the new version. Harder to navigate when in the auction setting. Also more steps to input data such as miles, options. It worked better when it was simpler. Actually considering to converting to laser appraiser.

this app didn't do what I wanted it to do.. had a hard time scanning etc. called in March to cancel. told me already charged but would be cancelled for April. My fault I missed the April charge on my card.. BUT They didn't cancel it. called today because another charge hit my account... they told me I never called and they wouldn't credit my account as vendors had already been paid... ok I then asked for an email showing cancellation, I was told no they couldn't do that. spoke to a supervisor and she assured me they would not send a cancellation email...that I had to go to the website and I could see that it would cancel in freaking June.... Would not recommend.
