If Observa rejects an observation, is the data still sent to the customer?

Never. At Observa, we only want to pass along high-quality data to our customers, so we discard data from rejected observations. We only reject an observation if the secret shopper didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Right now, more than 90% of observations are accepted.

Ratings and reviews

The app pays and its relatively quick. Instructions are easy to understand. My issue recently are that certain jobs have a different camera function that made doing them worse than before. Unable to adjust the camera and it is in a permanent close up setting. It also added this weird overlap feature that is distracting. Please change it back, it makes doing them worse and less accurate.

This app is trash.. Super picky and it shows me jobs all the way in Hawaii. Take one wrong damn photo for a job 20 miles away for 10 bucks? Rejected.. And rejected quick too. Uninstall for sure. One of the worse apps I've ever used! I have to uninstall this pos EVERY DAY becuz it shows me stuff nowhere near me. I cant wait to find something better. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS ABOMINATION!

Definitely a scam to get free labor out of people. I just did two simple jobs that were 100% easy to do and got rejected for both of them. As others have said, they make up excuses to not pay you. This app will make you waste time taking photos of the same thing even though you tell them from the start it's out of stock. Avoid this app/company.
