I request everyone not to take the protection claim of One Assist, whether it is for buying a mobile, laptop or any other gadget, do not take it by mistake. The money will be completely wasted or the claim will not be approved. I have my own iPhone which is in the back and it is broken. I am making a claim. They keep rejecting it again and again and will ask for more documents even after giving all the documents.OneAssist will reject you even after repeatedly providing every document.🙏🙏

They reject the claim for fictitious reasons. when challenged, they say something on the call and when I asked to give the same comments and details on email... they sent email saying that the requested details were not shared, hence the rejection. this is the last time I opted for ONEASSIST. By the way the , the claim was of ₹399.1 ONLY not in some thousands Kudos to their commitment in resolving issues.
