If it's actually possible to rate a 0 star, then I would have because during log in, it'll say that I should input my username and password, but whenever I put it, it'll say both of them are all invalid. I used all my emails and their passwords but no one seems to work, so I recommend that you guys should try and look into it because it's really frustrating. Thank you

Very, very slow. The old app was much better. Both in terms of loading speed and aesthetics. Though the new site is just as slow. Takes a good thirty seconds to a minute to load the next question after you hit next. Given there are about twenty new profile surveys, with maybe twenty questions each... I'm going to be here for days. I've had payouts from the old site, and the new lower threshold is much appreciated. That's the only improvement I see so far.

They cancel one account when I was about £2 from redeem, and after a while I did another account and they did the same when I had about £5 left to redeem, I give them another chance after 2 years on a different phone, made £20, tried to redeem, and guess what, after 4 days I received an email that the reward was rejected by community administrator, and they close my account
