Have instant access to your company provided benefit plans and information with Aon OLB mobile app.

Log into the App using the Aon OLB username and password you have already been provided with. The App allows you to change your language preference if another language is available to you on the website.

• View your current benefit coverage in company provided benefit plans
• Initiate enrollment transactions that will be completed on the benefits portal website
• View spending and reimbursement account balances
• Submit spending and reimbursement account claims using your device’s camera to take and upload receipts
• View your total reward statement
• Set your language preference

Ratings and reviews

Has always been clunky to log on, however even the login has stopped working. It is in some sort of loop where pressing the "login" button keeps bringing you back to the initial page. The app is supposed to be how to view your products, contact Aon and reset your password. None of those options are available as I can't get in. Very poor app experience.

app has option to login using biometric which does work upto taking past the login page to where it says "my pension" a hyperlink one would click to access their pension. Once clicked, it keeps returning same error #404 not found. Raised ticket with helpdesk who went through whole process of uninstalling and reinstalling app, screenshot error and what not only to say that problem is inconclusive and I should use desktop. Rubbish app and support considering size of organisation and business.

terrible app, seldom works properly. login process is rubbish, and my other 2 pension provider apps work perfectly, so it's not difficult to do! September update: app not allowing log ins again after reinstalling it. its an embarrassment for Aon.
