Alarm messages stopped working, even though there are purple markers on the playback timeline. app frequently reports one or both cams are offline, even when it's confirmed to be ON and connected to Wi-Fi, then eventually the app is able to connect on its own. Currently more than 99 messages are reported, but the app doesn't show the usual list. Needs a lot of work.

I'm not sure exactly what's going on but I've had this app for years and I never had an issue. However now when installing the app it takes quite a bit of time to download. After downloading the app again it will not open. Then I uninstall the app & re-download it. Then once again it will not open. I have no issues from any other apps I have installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you! (SAMSUNG NOTE 10 +)

Going on year with this. I've encountered no pics taken at times for up to 5hrs apart. I have two one back and one front. Back takes up to 100+ pics. The front will take 10. Makes no sense, sometimes motion isn't picked up until you're right in front of it. Updated yesterday and accidentally pressed no nofications on the back, can't go back to turn it on. In 24 hour period I only had 2 pics in the front. Settings are same for both cameras, with the exception of my accident from yesterday.
