After the last update it no longer connects to Bluetooth. Useless. Update 10/16/2021: After many un-install and re-install of the app, I make it work most of the time and if it doesn't, I re-install again, and then it works for little bit... But today it came out with a new phenomenon. Every few seconds was recorded separately, resulting in 946 videos on my phone within 2 hours and crashing the phone. So, really good robot, when the app works it's wonderful. But really , really bad app...

I had problems, but it was my Samsung smart phone update that messed it up. MOVE'N SEE rapidly published a fix. Their Customer Service is exceptional, much better than anyone else. I filmed with my horse today, and it was easy! I did find that I needed the full screen setting on my phone video mode, otherwise I didn't get the full horse. Now that the weather is not below freezing anymore, I'll use it more. This is a great investment.

Unit does not connect to my Galaxy S10+ nor my 2 friends' S10 phones via the app despite the phones having the necessary specs. When Pixio support was contacted got a response of they're looking into it BUT they haven't had any issues connecting with S10 phones so it must be the phones not their software/hardware. Needless to say the app is useless & I now own a 1000 dollar brick. ಠ︵ಠ
