the new app has some good features when I can actually get into it. however, I have more trouble than it's worth. it doesn't connect when I'm not connected to wifi. I can have wifi on and my 5G and it still throws me an error - "attempt to invoke virtual method" plus some Java language And null object reference. what's the point of having an app if I cant use the app when I'm out and about? this is on Google play on a Samsung phone. i never used to have a problem.

PJs is amazing! But using the loyalty points isn't working correctly. Many of the menu items are now missing when trying to use my reward points. Also, when clicking on seasonal items, the only option that shows up is a King Cake cold brew, which left the menu a long time ago. I have all these reward points to use but none of the menu items or seasonal items I buy are available for redemption in the app...

Decent coffee but false Reqard Advertisement. My favorite is the Beignets. I love the convenience of ordering ahead to ensure hot and fresh. Little disappointed in the reward system. It promises in the app every 1 point when $.75 is spent. But looking over my receipts, I only got 1 point per 1 subtotal dollar spent according to the reward system. This is advertisement misrepresentation!
