Frequent Freezing and Performance Issues The PRMA Online app, which I use for my CCTV system, unfortunately suffers from significant performance problems on mobile devices. While the concept of remote monitoring is excellent, the app frequently freezes and becomes unresponsive, making it incredibly frustrating to use. This constant lag and hanging prevents me from reliably accessing my CCTV feed when I need it most. Basic functions often take a long time to load, or simply don't respond at all.

Downloads are limited to about 2 minutes, and the dowloaded video is visually compressed i.e the aspect ratio is too tight and narrow, making everything look tall and closer. It's different from the live view, which has a wider and normal aspect ratio. Also, while viewing recordings, increasing speed to 2x, and higher doesn't work. Please fix these embarrassingly basic stuff, this app is used by soo many people, pathetic

I am a system integrator of prama company has to work a alot in the app, product supply and marketing. These all things are the negative points of The company. App is keep on crashing while customer is using the app over mobile, you cnnot play back a full day recording in the process the app will crash atleast 70 times. This is not acceptable by any customer or a dealer,syst integrator,service provider or installer.
