Unfortunately the sign up process has left me in a loop, continuing to have me download the app. After following the techs (2 different techs - same set of) instructions with no results, a third requested I follow the same as previously. Clearly there is a lack of knowledge in their application. If there is this much breakdown one has to wonder what other areas will be similar.

If I could give the app less than 1 star I would. (I've only been working with Papa Pal for 2 full months, just for some context.) It crashes often (at least once every week or so). The app will fail to even load and the only solution I've found is to uninstall and then reinstall the app. I do this every 3 weeks or so. I am currently trying to get the app to work and have tried the uninstall/reinstall method and it still won't load. I'm worried that this will happen during a call and I won't be able to complete the surveys or get my time recorded. This app needs a LOT of troubleshooting urgently.

The app is good so far, but too basic. It doesn't give you the option to cancel an accepted visit, the only option is to confirm. You can always cancel the visit, but you will get penalized and they won't show you future visits in your area for a while. But, they don't tell you this. The payment is very low taking in consideration all the driving and all the chores and task we do a day for each client. Also, there should be a minimum of 3 hours required per visit. 1 or 2 hours it's not worthy.
