Just bought my printer and am disappointed. I researched and watched YouTube videos and was excited about all the features it offered, but they're not there. The videos must have been made with a previous app. Apps are supposed to get better, not worse. It does print, to an extent, with a lot of work doing all the editing through Gallery-still very limited. Also, it frequently refuses to connect, so you have to mess with it.

Application refuses to connect to the printer every single time I try to use it. Usually, I have to delete the printer and completely reconnect. I've reinstalled the app twice, it still sucks. Also, it crashes if you try to switch paper sizes, disconnecting the printer, and creating further connection issues. The printer is useless without this app, and it's total garbage. App lacks features to improve print quality, so it's really a guessing game as to how well this thing is going to work

My history is gone. I thought I press the wrong button. Then I try to print a new one, that new one also gone. I try to login, just in case it can save my history. But then again, it is gone. I hate to type a new one because I want it to be same size same font etc. This app should make a template, I hate to adjust the table box every single time
