DO NOT use this app. Worse than useless. The app threw me out 3 times already, it happens right when I needed to reserve a parking space. If you want to reset your password it suddenly CANNOT sent you an email to reset, or when it finally does -- much too late in the day-, you have to RE-ENTER all your information, phone, payment method... even though you have an account and you already provided the information.

Paid for reserved parking at a parking garage the night before attending a concert. No scannable codes were provided in email or in the parking pass (accessible via link in email and via app). I emailed ParkChirp asking about this. Did not get a response. The parking garage said they only accepted SpotHero and so I would just have to pay at the garage and figure it out later with ParkChirp. I spent a lot of time talking to the pay station help line. Hassle. Will not use again.

Only reason to us is when your building requires it! Clumsy, inconsistent program. Doesn't allow me to log in after creating account, lengthy transaction ID too long to display on cell phone screen, no option to view password when logging in online, which is only way to view the entire parking pass. I've used many parking app options and this is absolutely the worst. I have no trust in the app security, and worry that my credit card and account information are not adequately protected.
