Okay, let me say that I was first worried cause it was my first time using Pay4Me. I had only heard about it, but all good things. The app is easy to use. Their customer service is swift and top-notch. The transaction was basically seamless. It showed 4 days, but it was completed under 24 hours. When I needed anything, their response time was quick, in minutes. I commend them, really. The charges are the only thing that I would say threw me off a bit. However, it was worth it.

This is the worst app to use if you want to pay for SEVIS. they charged me an exchange that was higher than even the black market rate, plus their service charges and commission that was higher than if you had used westernunion. In the end, they did not pay the SEVIS fee after 1 week of processing. If after one week of delay and you decide to cancel, they will still deduct the service charges and commission for a transaction they did not complete. this is the worst app to use.
