My account seems to be very vague, slow and unhelpful. 1. I can't create a BTC account. It says 'I have exceeded the number of times I can create" yet I don't have the account. 2. The only currency available on the exchange rate calculator is only USD and EURO. When I try to select another account, the app collapses. 3. I would like link my "MPESA" account to this app for my deposits and withdrawals, but I can't find it? 4. The customer support option on the app doesn't work.

I have 1 star, Your App or Web version isn't these options be like Account Deletion And Account Deactivate. please added this options in your app or Web. Good perfect money platform but your Missing Account Deletion and Account Deactivate options, this reason was platform cheap everyone say's. please added one's options. And your Customer support isn't working good please Improvments smooth. I hope you're earlier added there options. Thanks

This app is a waste of time. It logs you off anytime without any reason. Logging in several times is very annoying. The verification takes years. Government issued ID submitted was declined more than 10 times demanding for coloured copy. Should I go and create another one by myself ? Same documents accepted by great exchanges. I don't know why companies demand for PM as means of legal tender.
