Good concept but it's very difficult sometimes to know if it's in correctly. Sometimes I will have to reinsert several times because it just doesn't seem to be registering contractions at the usual level but it still doesn't seem to help. I sit on a hard chair as instructed with my model. There should be some feedback mechanism to inform you if it's been put in correctly. Also needs so tailored exercises for those with difficulty relaxing quickly. Also, sometimes my breathing is registered!

The app itself is great. The device is so frustrating though and shifts position during exercises so it doesn't work. The advice they give you basically blames women for having pelvic floor issues, which is exactly why they buy the device! I've read online the more expensive perifit care fits better, in which case I don't know why they're still selling women this one. When it works it works great but it's very dispiriting when it doesn't

Hi Lucy,
Sorry to hear that your device tends to move while you are training. There can be many explanations for this occurrence: shape of the device, prolapse, technique etc. Our intention is not to blame anyone, but rather to explain why this may be happening 🙂 If you need assistance with this, feel free to reach out to our support team.

The price is steep. I chose the advanced version, as daft to pay twice. The app was easy to install & use, even with my poor mobile signal. I calibrate each time I use. Have poor pelvic floor, especially after surgery but nicely surprised that it actually registers movement. I could have cried in relief. I've tried using whilst on my side, (little easier for me) to check if my muscle react differently, than sitting/lying on back, (could push out). Hospital physio failed, hoping this strengthens
