I am very disappointed with the pharmeasy. The medicine price is less compared to other pharmacy apps but the problem is they don't deliver it on time which they have mentioned in the app and the when we call their customer care they will simply raise the ticket and give us the ticket number saying it will resolve in 24 hrs. Don't order from this app if you require the medicine on priority or urgent base instead book on other apps if even the price is high for faster delivery.

This is a good app. Service is very professional. Only problem is that if u book a lab test you cannot modify it - timings, number of tests or cancel. Have to forcibly taken the tests added in error. My bill amount was 1950. When he came it changed to 2826. He said I added extra vitamin tests that I thought you may need. I have had good experiences in the past but this one was so disappointing, it wiped out everything else.

I would hv liked to give the app negative stars! they don't deliver on time ever.I ordered thrice and all three times the delivery was delayed. They will force you to buy plus plans but won't give the supposed benefits. I had to cancel a part of the order as it was unavailable and they never send me the refund even after repeatedly talking with the customer service!! They didn't even owned the fact that the medicines were unavailable..they kept on saying that it was in the 'procuring stage'!!
