Very bad experience. I placed an order with 30 minute delivery promise. It was not delivered that day. I called the next day and they apologized and said it would arrive, but nothing came. I waited another day and called again. Same apology and no timeline. After the call I checked the app and my order was cancelled without informing me. Three days wasted for nothing. Extremely unprofessional service

I placed an order using the 60-minute express delivery service for 3 products, but only 2 items were delivered. The third item was suddenly cancelled, and I received an SMS about a refund without any prior notice. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the item was out of stock. However, this is very confusing because even after more than 2 hours, the same product is still showing as available in the app for 60-minute delivery. This situation is very disappointing,

Very bad experience with MyAster Pharmacy app. Ordered 4 items and paid in advance, but one item was cancelled by them saying it’s out of stock after payment — completely unacceptable. The remaining 3 items were sent to a wrong address that was randomly selected by the app (not by me). The delivery person called, I shared the correct address, and he confirmed delivery the next day. But next day they cancel those items also
