Very bad experience. I placed an order with 30 minute delivery promise. It was not delivered that day. I called the next day and they apologized and said it would arrive, but nothing came. I waited another day and called again. Same apology and no timeline. After the call I checked the app and my order was cancelled without informing me. Three days wasted for nothing. Extremely unprofessional service

It's been over a month since I requested a mobile number update on 26 June, and the issue is still unresolved. I've contacted customer support several times through email, WhatsApp, and phone, but there has been no response or progress. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Very disappointing customer service.

Very bad service. I strongly advise everyone not to buy from the Aster online store. First of all, there is no same-day delivery as expected. Secondly, their delivery team is extremely unprofessional and has no proper manners. They arrive whenever they want, without considering the customer’s availability. If we are not available at that time, they simply tell us to collect the order from their warehouse. Trying to contact Aster is another frustrating experience, as there is nobody available.
