Very bad experience. I placed an order with 30 minute delivery promise. It was not delivered that day. I called the next day and they apologized and said it would arrive, but nothing came. I waited another day and called again. Same apology and no timeline. After the call I checked the app and my order was cancelled without informing me. Three days wasted for nothing. Extremely unprofessional service

I have been unable to log in for over a week. Every time I contact support, they give me the same scripted response: "It's a technical issue, wait 24–48 hours." It has been way past that timeline and nothing has changed. What is the point of releasing "new versions" and updates if your actual customers can’t even get past the login screen? This is completely unprofessional for a healthcare provider. Don't waste your time installing this until they actually fix the basic infrastructure.

The app sucks. It logs me out randomly. Have been trying to log in for the past 1 month but always an error message pops up. Frustrating thing is it does not let the customer order from pharmacy without log in. There are many online apps that lets you buy stuff as Guest and without logging in. You should give the customer this guest option. Less than 1 star.
