I only get blurry images when taking pictures and trying to complete the KYC process. I've reported issues with my camera several times (even though my camera is actually fine). Can I not just upload a clear photo of my identification document? Not well though of and I'm on my way of losing everything I've mined over the years. Zero support from the app so far. Horrible experience!

Have spent many frustrating hours attempting to complete my KYC... please amend the system to upload selfie videos and photos - the existing method keeps failing, and is ridiculous asking me to look left or right (photo or video?) as I cannot see my screen when doing so!!! Each time the photos fail for whatever reason, I have to go back to the beginning yet again, and redo the video!!! Edit: bought a more recent Samsung Galaxy and the photo-taking worked first attempt!!

Sometimes the Add can't be removed as there's no visible button or the button refuses to function. Some of the Adds are quite informative. May I add this fact: Several Pioneers are getting frustrated due to several threats to their Mines. As for me verification of Phone and Email demands has almost ruined my interest. My son and sister have given up mining after reaching Pi 50. Please create easy ways and alternatives to solving problems. Research against stealing of Mines.
