Ratings and reviews

Besides being a fine product, the customer service response is top-tier, which is actually very essential for a product like this. My concern, however, is the biometric verification. I can only manage to log in with my fingerprint; I can't authorise payment with it (this can be done until the update). Kindly fix this, and we are good. Regards,

i like this app, transactions are really smooth and I don't have much to complain about on that front. However, for a while now it keeps saying network error whenever I'm trying to log in to my account even when I have perfect network connection. This is obviously very inconvenient cause why is your app misbehaving when I need to access my account?

I think I am done with this app. It has finally frustrated the life out of me. How do you try to open 1 app for 3 days and it's not working. I almost lost a business transaction because of this app. for more than a week now it's been difficult to log in to my account. all I get is network error pop up. Tried updating the app but still not logging me in. please you guys need to do something about this app before you lose more customers. 🙏🙏 Abeg o
