Excellent open source app. It can be connected to Polar H10 chest strap. The developer is so good and intellectual that he has provided all the features requested. now it can also alert if the strap is disconnected or zero like for some people the heart beat completely stopped for few minutes (usefule especially while sleep or excercise) in addition to high low heart beat. Earlier it was called Polar Alert

I've been looking for just this functionality in an app and I was so surprised that it wasn't already incorporated into Polar Beats. Thank you for providing this.
