User for 2+ years. App frequently & consistently disconnecting & having connection errors, especially on phone app, on every android phone I have used it on and even on factory reset phones. A bit more stable on Linux & Windows, but still disconnects at random intervals and doesn't reconnect autimatically. App allows internet passthrough even when set to block all connections and it also shows your actual location to websites, regardless of where the server. App version not updated in 2+ years.

Torguard's customer service has always been very pleasant to work with when there have been any issues. The app has been working very well for me and I haven't had an issues in months. That's not something I can say about a lot of apps. I'm not sure if it's possible, but the notification for this app is white and painful to look at while using a dark/night mode on my phone. It would be wonderful if that could be toggled dark in the settings.

Most importantly, it stays connected. I wanted faster, it was seemingly slow at 1 to 2 MB per sec, I have a 200mbps connecting... Finally did a speed test, 100+ mbps! They cannot control others' upload speed or others internet throttling. A negative, I wish the app would would do anything to let you know that it stopped protecting the connection, it does not disconnect the network, it does not shut down an app, it merely puts a faint slash on its notification icon, revealing all information.
